We are currently operating at level 3 in a limited capacity with some restrictions. You can book you appointment on-line. If you are unsure whether you qualify you are welcome to call or email me to discuss.
My aim is to keep all patients well, especially during this current COVID-19 pandemic. If you feel unwell, or anyone in your household is exhibiting fever, or cold/flu like symptoms please call before you come to the clinic for your appointment.
If you have any concerns that you may have been exposed to coronavirus please do not come into the clinic, instead call Health line on 08003585453.
Lockdown Levels
Level 3
Clinics are open under a limited capacity for face-to-face consultations
Face-to-face consultations for those meeting specific criteria (no routine appointments)
Patient screen and covid-19 risk assessment carried out prior to appointment
Patients encouraged to bring own linen and pillow where possible
Reception waiting area closed, you may wait outside or in your car and text me on arrival
Hand sanitiser is available at the clinic entrance, reception and treatment rooms
QR code scanning or manual sign in when you arrive
Windows will be open (weather permitting) for increased ventilation
Masks are mandatory unless you are 12 years old or under, or you have an exemption. Masks can be provided or you are welcome to bring your own
Staggered appointment times to allow for cleaning, room ventilation and prevent cross over between patients
Surface cleaning and hand hygiene at the usual high standard expected within a healthcare setting for infection prevention and control
Gloves can be worn on request
Telephone and video appointments continue to be available

Clinic is open for face to face consultations
Hand sanitiser is available at the clinic entrance, reception and treatment rooms
QR code for scanning when you arrive
Reception is set up for social distancing, or you may wait outside or in your car
Windows will be open (weather permitting) for increased ventilation
I will wear a mask for the consultation. You are encouraged to wear a mask, although this is not mandatory
Surface cleaning and hand hygiene at the usual high standard expected within a healthcare setting including regularly wiping down surfaces and linen changes
Level 1
Clinic is open for face to face consultations
Hand sanitiser is available at the clinic reception and treatment room
QR code for scanning when you arrive
No requirement for masks or PPE equipment. I will wear a mask on request and you may also wear one if you wish
As always, I will be maintaining a high level of hygiene expected within a healthcare setting
Level 4
Clinics are closed under level 4
No face-to-face consultations or hands on treatment available during level 4
