If you have an injury that is a result of an accident you may be entitled to a subsidised treatment where ACC contribute to part of your treatment costs.
You can discuss whether your specific injury is eligible for an ACC subsidy at your appointment.
If you have an existing ACC number for your injury please bring this number and the date your injury occurred to you appointment.
A GP referral is not required for ACC claims, this can be processed for you at your osteopathy appointment
Cancellations and missed appointments
Where possible please give 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows patients who are on a wait list or needing an urgent appointment to utilise the slot.
For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice there is a cancellation charge of $40.
